How much does it cost? 

Basic remote monitoring and management costs $15/mo for most homes and businesses.  Larger sites will cost more depending on size and complexity.

If I need an ISP, does WifiWhereYouWantIT help with this? Or recommend any specific ISP?

We partner with multiple ISPs, including some that you may not have discovered yet.  We can find Internet for you practically anywhere.

Does WifiWhereYouWantIT offer any bundle rates (home & business setup)?

Yes.  We can combine sites, or even split sites up.  Contact us for details.

Is my data kept private?

Our cloud servers are protected with government strength encryption.  None of your browsing activity or data is visible to our system.  Your WiFi network is encrypted, with WPA, or higher if you choose.  Our WiFi networks provide state of the art security.

What if my wifi goes down?

We get an e-mail notifying us when one or more of your units has gone offline or is malfunctioning in some way.  We can set it up to CC your e-mail as well.  We then go into action to bring it back into service.

What if the product hardware breaks or stops working?

The manufacturer provides a one year warranty on most equipment.  Extended warranties are available.  We will notify you if a device needs to be replaced.  We provide on-site replacement and repair at reasonable prices.
